About You
We are looking for an experienced Social Media and Creative Assistant Manager to manage our social media presence and lead the creative design efforts for various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong eye for design and a proven track record of creating engaging content that drives brand growth.
Your Day-to-day
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social Media Marketing strategy for our social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Website).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Plan and manage monthly Ad campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, community engagement, and performance metrics.
Creative & Design Management:
- Lead the creative development and execution of design projects, including:
- Monthly Social Posts
- EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers)
- New initiatives and projects
- Sales & Marketing Collaterals
- Human Capital Development projects, including e-learning content, training materials, and templates.
- Brand identity projects, including corporate identity, town hall materials, and office communications.
- Ensure all design assets are on-brand and consistent with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to receive design briefs, manage timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met.
- Communicate effectively with teams to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient delivery.
- Manage and organize access to all design assets via Google Drive.
- Assist in organizing and setting up events or photoshoots.
- Prepare presentation materials for internal and external use.
Your-Know-How
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Creative Executive, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various platforms.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including their best practices and advertising tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
