Your Day-to-Day
- Develop, implement and maintain an ERM & ORM framework and supporting policies and processes.
- Develop and implement ERM & ORM tools, methodologies and processes to analyze and report enterprise risks.
- Facilitate risk identification and assessment from a Group level to identify top key risks that are affecting the achievement of business objectives.
- Establish core governing principles to assess risk across the Group.
- Conduct routine risk assessment and deliberate results to the Management and Board level committees.
- Develop and implement key risk indicators to provide an early signal of increasing risk exposures across various business units to the Management and the Board.
- Collate statistical information on the key risk indicators to monitor and mitigate while initiating proactive control measures for risk exposures.
- Prepare periodic reports on Group risk exposures and periodically report them to the Management and the Board.
- Conduct the necessary workshops, training and sharing sessions to build up a strong risk management culture within the Group.
Your Know-How
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Risk Management/Law/Finance/Business Administration, or other appropriate degrees.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, CRCMP, CIA or any related certifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Risk Management, with strong audit and regulatory compliance background.
- Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of Risk Management.
- Familiar with SEA and US regulatory environment in areas such as AML, CFT and other relevant regulatory requirements, particularly for automotive, technology, auction, or financial services.
- Analytical and innovative thinking ability, and has the drive and perseverance to promote a sound risk management culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of ethics and integrity.
